Is shipping really free?

YES! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders Australia wide with regular postage.

Who do we ship with?

We are currently shipping all orders via Australia Post.

Where do we ship to?

We are shipping all across Australia. (International shipping will be available in the short future).

How long does shipping take?

Shipping with regular post usually takes 2-6 business days. This may vary depending on your location as remote areas usually take longer than major metropolitan areas. We have an option for Express Shipping (not free) which usually takes 1-3 business days.

Is there a Boombuds® store I can visit? 

We are based exclusively online only at this stage.

How long does it take to process an order?

We aim to process orders within 1 business day from the time of full payment for ex-stock products.

Do you keep items in stock?

Yes, we keep all products in stock unless specified otherwise.

Is delivery tracking available?

Yes, all orders for electronic products will have a tracking number. Low value orders (less than $50) may not have tracking.

Can I return my order? 

Yes, if you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of purchase so long as you can provide a receipt of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping. If your product is defective as a result of a factory fault, we can give the option of sending a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 8 working days, it is worth while to check the local post office as it could be redirected there if the driver could not find your location. Also, be sure to check the tracking status. If the order can't be tracked, found or still hasn't been delivered, please contact us at

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order whilst it is still being processed or in transit, you will be responsible for all shipping and redirection charges as well as a 20% restocking fee may apply.
