Safety & Warranty
Important safety information
Handle the earphones and the charging case with care. They contain sensitive electronic components, including batteries, and can be damaged or cause injury if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, disassembled, or if exposed to excessive heat or liquid. Do not use the earphones or charging case if they are damaged.
To turn off the earphones, hold down the multi-function button (MFB) for 3 seconds until the LED light flashes red.
Do not attempt to access or replace the earphone or case batteries yourself—you may damage the batteries, which could cause overheating and injury.
Avoid prolonged skin contact with the USB connection ends when plugged into a power source as it may cause discomfort or injury. Do not sit or sleep on the USB connector or place it under a blanket, pillow, or your body. Take special care if you have a physical condition that affects your ability to detect heat against your body.
Listening to sound at high volumes may permanently damage your hearing. Background noise, as well as continued exposure to high volume levels, can make sounds seem quieter than they actually are. Check the volume before inserting the earphones in your ear.
WARNING: To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
Use of the earphones while operating a vehicle is not recommended and is illegal in some areas. Check and obey the applicable laws and regulations on the use of earphones while operating a vehicle. Be careful and attentive while driving. Stop listening to your audio device if you find it disruptive or distracting while operating any type of vehicle or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
The earphones and charging case are small in size and may present a choking hazard or cause other injury to small children. Do not insert them into your mouth under any circumstances and keep them away from small children.
Medical device interference
The earphones and the charging case contain components, magnets and radios that emit electromagnetic fields. These electromagnetic fields and magnets may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Maintain a safe distance of separation between your medical device and the earphones and charging case. Consult your physician and medical device manufacturer for information specific to your medical device. Stop using the earphones and the charging case if you suspect they are interfering with your pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other medical device.
The earphones can lead to ear infections if not properly cleaned. Clean the earphones regularly with a soft lint-free cloth. Avoid getting moisture in any openings and do not use aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasives to clean. If a skin problem develops, discontinue use. If the problem persists, consult a physician.
Electrostatic shock - WARNING
When using the earphones in areas where the air is very dry, it is easy to build up static electricity and it is possible for your ears to receive a small electrostatic discharge from the earphones. To minimise the risk of electrostatic discharge, avoid using the earphones in extremely dry environments, or touch a grounded unpainted metal object before inserting the earphones.
- Do not use the earphones near water, dripping or splashing sources, or near objects filled with liquids. Do not expose the earphones directly to water or fluids.
- Do not use the earphones near heat sources (eg. radiators, heat registers, stoves, open flames, TV’s or other heat producing devices).
- Do not, under any circumstance, modify the power supply, USB port, the batteries or any other piece of hardware.
- Unplug the case from a power source during a lightning storm or when it’s fully charged. Do not keep the case plugged in to a power source once fully charged for long periods of time.

The earphones and charging case are small in size and can be lost or misplaced if proper attention and care are not taken. If an earphone or charging case is lost, replacements can be purchased here.
